Delivery Manager hello

The Head of Development/Delivery Unit is a senior management position responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of products or services within a company. Typically, must be in charge of a team of developers, project managers, and other professionals who work together to create and deliver products or services to customers. Possible to replace Project Manager in critical situations.

Responsibilities

• Engineering Department Management and Operations activity
• Mentoring of PM team
• Participate in communication with Customers
• Participate in Technical and Product Workshops
• Participate in Sale Phases (as a technical/delivery expert)
• Utilization & Employee management (in department) (25+ employees in Unit)

Qualifications

• Engineering / Delivery department Experience
• Project Management Experience
• Project Budgets management (Sale, ongoing etc)
